SENIOR ASSOCIATE, PAID SEARCH

As the Senior Associate, Paid Search you will lead the execution of Paid Social campaigns, including review, optimization and reporting. You will be hands-on keys in the social platforms and see campaigns through from start to finish.

Responsibilities:

  • You will be responsible for assisting in identifying and scaling cost-effective customer acquisition campaigns across major paid social channels
  • You will help develop and execute the campaigns, perform campaign trafficking, and use analytics to inform decisions and drive execution to optimize a significant marketing budget against company goals
  • Additionally, you will work very closely with different teams, including growth, brand, data and crm
  • Plan, design, and execute paid social (Facebook, Pinterest, Snapchat, etc) campaigns from execution to completion
  • Be responsible for all campaign trafficking, quality control, campaign launch, reporting, and analysis
  • Optimize campaign performance towards activation, retention, and reactivation goals
  • Analyze & report on campaign KPIs to key stakeholders
  • Partner with internal teams to optimize campaign performance; e.g. Creative, BI, CRM, etc.—(targeting, optimization, creative direction, etc.)
  • Develop relationships with key paid social partners to nurture performance growth
  • Provide project management support to ensure deadlines are met
  • Create and build new relations with external partners
  • Design, implement and analyze A/B split tests across paid social channels
  • Work with Brand Team to oversee and provide feedback for paid social creative development

You have:

  • 1+ years of work experience; recent and proven experience in Paid Search required; other digital advertising such as analytics, direct, programmatic, and/or social a plus
  • Hands-on experience planning/buying across Google Ads and Microsoft Ads
  • An in-depth understanding of SEM campaign management and optimization practices
  • Knowledge of bid management platforms such as Search Ads 360, Skai (Kenshoo) or Marin
  • Exceptional quantitative skills and aptitude including advanced Excel skills
  • An enthusiasm for learning about Search Engine Marketing on a fast-growing, thriving team
  • Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills, as well as the ability to articulate clearly and effectively in person and in writing
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple responsibilities
  • Strong advanced knowledge of Microsoft software tools including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
  • Confident in analyzing and acting on marketing data

Base salaries are determined during our interview process, by assessing a number of factors that include, but aren’t limited to, a candidate’s experience and skills relative to the scope and responsibilities of the position. For current CM employees, tenure will also be a consideration.Salary Range$50,000—$95,000 USD
