As a Senior Paid Social Manager, you'll have full ownership of the Paid Social strategy and operations for your markets, including critical tasks like reporting on results, budgeting, and forecasting. In this pivotal role, you'll also identify opportunities to scale and meet performance targets, integrating these efforts into the broader market-level strategy. Your work will not only drive change within your market but also contribute actively to our overall strategic goals.

• You will be hands-on in implementing and optimizing Paid Social campaigns (Upper/mid/lower funnel campaigns) from inception through post-launch management on key social media platforms (mainly Meta and TikTok) and actively support a rigorous testing and optimization culture. 
• You will actively support a rigorous testing and optimization culture and proactively evaluate and identify growth opportunities. Act with curiosity.
• Regularly perform strategic data mining and deep-dive analysis, drawing insights and transforming data into actionable changes that will drive channel optimization and market growth. 
• You will be responsible for developing and executing effective marketing strategies and campaigns, leveraging data-driven decision-making to optimize channel growth while closely collaborating with both local and central teams.
• You will own and lead multiple key projects to improve the team’s performance growth (topics like Creative, Tech, and App). This includes cross-functional projects that will require close collaboration with multiple teams. You should be able to drive overall improvements on CAC, CTR, CVR, and efficiencies in the operations.

• You have at least 4+ years of work experience in online marketing with a strong focus and performance track record on/in Paid Social. 
• You have an entrepreneurial mindset. You are able to strategically and effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders at all levels on value-driven projects that align with marketing initiatives and overall business goals and OKRs.  
• You must possess the skills to communicate seamlessly with senior stakeholders, crafting clear narratives on market or project performance to ensure complete transparency.
• Ability to lead others in the team by supporting their development and further increasing their knowledge and expertise.
• You are highly analytical, you know where to find the data you need as well as how to generate data-based actionable insights and recommendations for performance uplift. 
• You have advanced knowledge of Facebook Business Manager, Excel as well as usual analytical tools such as Google Analytics. Knowledge of Smarty, SQL, Google App Script or Python are a strong plus. 
• You are eager to learn and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment. You are comfortable with pivoting quickly and delivering against moving targets and goals.
• An excellent level of English is required.
