What You’ll Do 

  • Manage the day-to-day ownership of executing our channel partner growth strategy for our strategic partnerships 
  • Work closely with the channel partnership leadership team, channel enablement, product, sales, operations and solutions consulting
  • Own driving partner market expansion into new SAAS integrations or geographies to drive revenue growth  
  • Upsell Modulr API products into existing partnerships to create partner value
  • Report to the business on opportunities to constantly be working on the next big initiative to grow our partnerships further  
  • Drive change in how we work with partners to ramp up our current GTM motions  

 

Who You Are 

What you’ll need 

  • 5+ years of relevant account management or partner success experience, with at least 3+ years in UK fintech, B2B payments, or SaaS ecosystems.
  • Proven track record of managing enterprise SaaS partnerships in accounting, payroll, or AP/AR solutions, and delivering measurable revenue growth.
  • Strong commercial acumen with ability to own P&L for partner accounts and forecast accurately.
  • A subject matter expert in the UK payments and fintech landscape, including Open Banking, real-time payments, and card issuance.
  • Exceptional ability to grow accounts, upsell solutions, and influence partner roadmaps, demonstrating consultative and problem-solving skills.
  • Confident presenting to C-suite executives and senior stakeholders, with excellent communication and negotiation skills. 

Nice to haves 

  • A curious mindset and drive to explore how AI can make a real difference.
  • Managed partnerships with Enterprise brands in Accountancy (i.e., Sage, Xero, Intuit etc)
  • Experience in Open Banking Payments and Card issuance products  
  • Managed channel partnership models that are referral and reseller engagement cycles
