We are seeking a Senior People Business Partner for our newest brand: Factor (factormeals.nl), a healthy, ready-to-heat meal delivery service. We are looking for an ambitious and energetic food quality professional to join the team. Working collaboratively with our teams of Operations on site, the role will involve:

What you’ll do 
  • You will be responsible for business partnering with senior leaders, taking ownership of all People related matters. 
  • Collaborating with local leadership, you will develop and implement people-related programs and initiatives that align with our business strategy. You will train managers on various HR processes and policies, including succession planning, competency development, the employee life cycle, promotions, performance management, and conflict resolution, providing coaching and support as needed.
  • You will work closely with senior leaders to make strategic, people-related decisions that foster growth. Additionally, you will oversee HR processes and policies, identifying gaps and areas for improvement, then creating, communicating, implementing, and monitoring the necessary guidelines to close those gaps.
  • Your role will involve actively enhancing performance management, succession planning, employee retention, and engagement. 
  • You will also contribute to the execution of site and company-wide change management and engagement programs. 
  • Working closely with local and international teams in People Operations, Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, and other areas, you will plan, execute, and evaluate projects, and communicate best practices, improvements, and DEI initiatives.
  • Furthermore, you will partner with leaders to cultivate a positive employee culture at Factor and create meaningful experiences for all employees. You will manage employee relations issues and assist in resolving conflicts that affect work performance.
What you’ll bring: 
  • You bring at least 5 years of experience as a HR Manager, Senior HR Business Partner or strategic HR consultant, with deep expertise in people management, particularly in talent and performance management, executive coaching, and enhancing the employee experience. 
  • You excel as a team player, fostering a collaborative work environment by building trust and collaboration through coaching, personal example, and strong relationships with leadership both locally and internationally.
  • Adaptable and comfortable with constant change, you thrive in agile, growth-oriented environments. 
  • Your analytical mindset allows you to identify gaps, define problems, and offer actionable recommendations. 
  • You are skilled at prioritising tasks and managing projects with tight deadlines, while also demonstrating empathy by understanding employee concerns and aligning them with company objectives.
  • Your strong communication and interpersonal skills enable you to build meaningful relationships, and your business acumen is evidenced by a proven track record of driving business results through people-focused solutions. 
  • Additionally, you have experience working in complex, matrixed, or global environments and possess proficient knowledge of German labor law.
  • You are proficient in English and in using HRIS, particularly Workday and time management systems.
