The Opportunity

Are you a brilliant, strategically-minded, consultative HR professional who loves working in a global, high-performing environment?  If so, this may be the role for you!

As our Senior People Business Partner, you will integrate with and partner senior leadership in your aligned organization(s) to understand business priorities and develop HR strategies to support these goals. You'll use your significant expertise and consultative approach to advise on Organizational Design, Change Management, Leadership Development, Talent Management, Performance Management, Reward and Employee Relations, amongst other areas.

A self-starter and adept with change and with strong influencing skills, you will be able to proactively understand and articulate the vision, problem spaces, solutions, where we are heading as a business and partner your leaders to drive an agile high-performing and engaging workplace.

A strong collaborator, you will partner with stakeholders across the business in and outside of the People Team  including wider functional experts such as Finance and Legal partners to deliver solutions efficiently & effectively. You will also help shape and inform CoE People tools, interventions and initiatives and will act as a coach and mentor to your peers in particular on your area(s) of expertise.

Other responsibilities include:

  • Serve as a trusted consultant to senior leadership on a wide range of HR and organizational topics.
  • Manage talent processes such as Year-End Performance, Talent Reviews, Succession Planning, Leadership Coaching and Development, Performance Management and Internal Mobility.
  • Partner with leadership to drive org design, restructures, transformation initiatives and change management.
  • Work in conjunction with the Compensation Team to advise leaders on reward, ensuring benefits are competitive and in line with local markets.
  • Working in conjunction with Talent Acquisition, understand current and future staffing needs of the business ensuring resourcing and recruitment strategies align with overall company strategy.
  • Provide guidance to leadership on complex employee relations matters for your client groups, manage ER, ensuring adherence to local legislation, employment and best practice with ER cases and all HR activities.
  • Lead efforts to create a supportive culture through Employee Engagement and Diversity and Inclusion Initiatives for your client groups and region(s).
  • Use data-driven insights to inform HR strategies, identify trends and areas of opportunity & keep leadership informed on key HR metrics, providing insights and recommendations.
  • Collaborate with other PBP’s & People CoE functions
  • Coach, guide and mentor People Business Partners.

 

The Team

Our People team is a high-performing group which includes People Business Partners, People Ops, IDEB, Employee Experience, L&D, Workplace and Culture, Talent Acquisition and more! We’re spread across the USA, UK, Spain and France and work with stakeholders across the entire global business.

 

What we're looking for

  • Extensive experience in a progressive HR Business Partner or equivalent role with proven experience working in a strategic HR partnering role with the ability to quickly build trust with senior leaders.
  • Demonstrable OD, Change, Talent, Performance Management & consulting abilities with experience proposing, developing and delivering ideas and solutions to drive a high performance culture.
  • Experience working in a global mid to large company and comfort working with ambiguity in a fast paced progressive business environment.
  • Strong Employee Relations experience managing complex ER cases, including ER change.
  • Forward thinking collaborator, coach and advisor, with strong influencing abilities and confident in challenging the status quo.
  • Strategic thinker with analytical and problem solving skills to shape, design and deliver people initiatives aligned to business goals and priorities to drive business forward.
  • High EQ, interpersonal and communication skills
