Your new role

As a Senior People Development Manager (f/m/d) at NFON, you will play a key role in implementing and advancing our Learning & Development initiatives. In close collaboration with the People & Culture team, management, and key stakeholders, you will design and deliver impactful learning experiences that support the growth and development of our employees. Your expertise will help translate strategic goals into effective, scalable development programs.

The work you‘ll do

  • Contribute to the execution and evolution of NFON’s Learning & Development strategy in close alignment with People & Culture and business stakeholders.
  • Design, coordinate, and evaluate learning and development initiatives tailored to the needs of different functions and levels across the organization.
  • Identify learning needs and develop relevant formats (e.g., workshops, trainings, blended learning, e-learning) to address them.
  • Support initiatives to foster career growth, including the creation of development paths and role-specific learning journeys.
  • Contribute to the development of transparent performance management processes, such as feedback structures and goal-setting frameworks.
  • Work with the Employee Relations and Compensation teams to help define fair, market-based salary bands and support performance-driven compensation models.
  • Collaborate on cross-functional people initiatives such as onboarding, employee networks, and diversity & inclusion programs to enhance the employee experience.

The qualifications you need

  • Bachelor's degree in psychology, business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in Learning & Development, with a strong understanding of training program design and implementation.
  • Excellent project management skills, including the ability to create and execute detailed project plans.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization.
  • Proactive and solution-oriented mindset with a focus on driving continuous improvement.
  • Fluent in English, German would be a benefit.
