As a Senior People Program Manager, you will partner with the People Team, IT, and business leaders to manage global HR projects across the employee lifecycle. You will be the connection point between the People Team and our partners to help grow and transform our HR operations, with a focus on employee experience and scalability. In parallel, you will educate and consult with project teams and stakeholders on best practices within the HR and project management space. You will report to the Sr. Manager of Talent Operations and Programs. 

The impact you will have:

  • Project manage a range of employee lifecycle projects by gathering requirements, supporting strategy and objective design, developing project plans, and guiding multiple teams to ensure deliverables are met 
  • Lead communications, change management, and enablement to promote the adoption and success of projects
  • Proactively identify areas of opportunities and consult with People Leadership on how to develop and prioritize strategic solutions across our global teams, processes, policies, and systems
  • Partner with regional People Operations managers and IT team to implement automation and scalable improvements within the employee lifecycle
  • Use knowledge in HR, project management, insights, and systems to educate teams, influence decisions, and measure the effectiveness of projects

What we look for:

  • 8+ years of project or program management experience, with a focus on operational projects within the HR employee lifecycle
  • Previous success in managing and delivering projects and operational improvements from initiation to implementation 
  • Experience gathering requirements, getting alignment, and leading change management across multiple stakeholders, including Senior Leadership
  • Working knowledge and experience supporting improvements for HR Systems and their integrations (ex. Workday, Greenhouse)
  • Understanding of the employee lifecycle and the needs of all teams involved (Recruiting, People Ops, Talent Management, Total Rewards, Payroll, People Partners, People Analytics, Employees, and Hiring Managers)
