We're passionate about what we do, setting ambitious goals and always ensuring fun is a part of our journey. If you are a curious problem solver, love data, creative testing and launching experiments, then you're going to fit right in. As part of an experienced and multi-regional team of performance marketing experts, you'll take part in:

• Defining and evolving our performance marketing strategy in alignment with our overarching business plan. 

• Budget management and media planning for your respective markets. 

• Drive performance (pipeline) efficiently across several ad tech platforms including, Google, Microsoft, LinkedIn, Meta and Youtube.

• Partner with and co-manage our Performance Marketing Agency.

• Scale and test creatives in partnership with our internal Design Team and agencies.

• Confidently analyse and present performance insights.

• Creating performance-oriented campaigns  

• Conducting A/B test experiments across ad platforms and landing pages.

• For this role, it's essential to be fluent in English and a native German speaker

• 3-5 years' of experience in a either a paid search/SEA role or a multi-channel performance marketing/paid media role (agency or client side)

• Thorough understanding of the paid search (SEA) landscape and granular level campaign management (e.g. segmentation, campaign design, bidding, optimization) and the drive to constantly adapt to the changes of those platforms.

• Experience using GA4 and other analytics platforms to do deep dive analytics of online customer journeys and conversion paths.

• Experience in using Google Tag Manager for Web Tracking.

• Ability to structure and process qualitative or quantitative performance marketing data. Experience with Tableau, Power Bi or Domo a +. 

• Be driven by impact, not vanity metrics. We encourage experimentation and creative thinking in the performance team, even if some ideas eventually fail.
