Job Description:We are hiring a Sr Planner for our new FSQ Labor Planning team.  This role will lead daily, weekly, and monthly planning activities for FSQ teams across three models, four brands, and ~9 locations.  This individual will lead, support, and execute on opportunities to improve the planning process and reduce spend.  This role will build and maintain relationships with FSQ, operations, planning, and HR.  We are looking for someone who works well in a fast paced environment, enjoys problem solving, and rolls up their sleeves to get to the best solution.You will ...Forecast labor planning needs, taking into account forecast volume, productivity and staffing assumptionsAssist in the development, maintenance, and improvements of Labor Forecasting toolsLead weekly meeting with FSQ, HR and Operations across all sites to drive labor demand consensus, identifying all relevant assumptions (Labor S&OP). Communicate rolling 6 weeks labor forecast at weekly basisAssess risks and come up with solutions to mitigate risksGenerate reports, tracking labor planning effectiveness, identifying opportunities and do improvementsProvide updates to company leaders when necessaryUphold a high standard of customer service through real-time monitoring and other methods

You are / have ...Degree in Engineering, Mathematics, or Business/ Supply Chain is preferred2 years of experience in Demand/Supply Planning is preferredStrong ownershipEffective communication skillsExperience with, and ability to lead S&OP meetingsStrong project management and continuous improvement skillsProven ability to quickly adapt and drive the right results using dataEntrepreneurial, self-directed and resourceful. You thrive in a highly dynamic and unstructured environment but understand the value of adding structure and process. You don’t require a lot of direction.Excitement for working in a start-up environment with high level of ambiguity and changeHighest levels of integrity and ethics
