Senior Platform Engineer (m/f/d)

We are looking for a great colleague and team player for our Platform team with a heavy focus on Google Cloud and Azure. The Platform team already has a few colleagues in Denmark and Prague, and we expect to build even a stronger team to support the extreme growth we are seeing at Usercentrics with our products, managing consents on websites. You and your team will be a key part in reaching our goals with a strong and scalable platform built in the cloud. We are a cloud-first company and love GCP, Azure, and all the features and services it brings us.
The Platform team will be working on the infrastructure, CI/CD, monitoring, automation, GRC, tooling, and more for our entire platform. We have a lot of customers and a lot of traffic on the systems which you and your team will be working on.
Your Tasks- Everything Azure and GCP
- Terraform and spacelift.io
- Kubernetes, gitops and fluxcd
- DatadogWe are always trying to improve what we are doing and how we deliver our services, so expect to spend some time researching new technologies and developing proof of concepts.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or relevant experience
- Minimum 4 years of experience working with a public cloud
- Experience and willingness to guide/mentor other team members
- Confidence in decision making and taking ownership by team inclusion
- 2+ years experience with Terraform
- Experience in CI/CD and DevOps
- Professional English is a must
- Worked and contributed to open-source project
- Certifications in GCP or Azure
- Background as Linux or Windows administrator
- Operating a high-load system hosted on a public cloud
