As a Product Analyst, you will be responsible for defining and tracking metrics and KPIs for one of the top cash back reward apps and SDKs that empower advertisers to effectively reach their target audience. The ideal candidate has a strong background in product analytics, excellent communication skills and a passion for data driven insights.

Responsibilities: 

  • Define and Measure marketplace metrics and KPIs 
  • Analyze supply as well as demand patterns, find revenue opportunities and suggest scalable solutions.
  • Gain insights on what drives performance in terms of customer reach, engagement and revenue growth
  • Create dashboards and reports that provide analysis and commentary, explaining product, sales, and business trends for Executive reporting
  • Work closely with product and engineering and inform stakeholders on product performance, plans, and progress towards metrics
  • Generate and go deep on consumer insights and competitive intelligence to help teams drive product innovation and iteration

Minimum Qualifications 

  • Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Computer Science, Analytics or a related field
  • 5+ years experience in product or data analytics and/or engineering
  • Demonstrated use of analytics, metrics, and benchmarking to drive decisions
  • Strong SQL knowledge is a must
  • Excellent interpersonal, organizational, creative, and communications skills
  • Team player in driving growth results combined with a positive attitude

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in Data analysis and Insights for consumer-focused and/or advertising product(s)
  • Experience with programming languages such as Python/R
  • Experience in Tableau/Looker

Compensation

The base salary range provided below does not include bonus and other benefits. Cardlytics’ salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location, and individual pay may be determined by additional factors such as role-related skills, experience, education, training, and more.

The anticipated annual base salary for this role is: $125,000 - $150,000
