The Procurement Tech Alliance has been globalizing our products in our Source to Pay domain and finalizing the tactical aspect of several tools to enable our teams to procure high quality ingredients at the lowest cost with minimal effort. The Alliance is getting ready to incorporate more data into the decision making process to build cutting edge decision support systems in the domain.

As a Senior Product Analyst, you will work with our product management and engineering teams to guide and shape the future product development. As a passionate analyst yourself, most of your time will be spent exploring various opportunities in our domain and building business cases. In addition, you will work with Product Managers to identify the optimal path forward as we work on product iterations.

• Collaborate with Product Managers in order to define the strategic priorities for the domain and then execute against these in an engaging work plan that will help us get ready for the future.
• Analyze our current supply chain performance by bringing data from various sources in order to detect growth opportunities for HelloFresh
• Convert product ideas to proof of concept models and validate these ideas with A/B testing.
• Communicate actionable insights clearly across the organization highlighting the “so-whats” of your analyses in order to drive the growth of our business.
• Partner closely with the Product organization (Product Owners, Software Engineering, UX, Data Science, Data Engineering) promoting a culture rooted in evidence-based decision making.

• Balance between technical acumen and business understanding and experience in collaborating with commercial stakeholders to drive insightful, robust analyses. 
• Ability to apply logical and easy-to-understand frameworks to deal with complex issues and propose new analytical approaches & solutions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a curious and self-starter mindset. 
• Passion for big data combined with pragmatism to drive actions and impact. You have advanced proficiency in data querying with SQL as well as in data transformation and statistical computing in Python.
• Leadership experience, through projects you have led, capability building within your team
• Excellent educational background in Economics, Statistics, or similar quantitative field and proven track record of experience in a similar role, ideally in an analytical consulting environment.
