About the Senior Product Analyst in Platform Tribe:

The Platform Tribe is supporting both internal and external customers. We are building internal platforms to enable different squads to increase their productivity and efficiency. We also provide frameworks and common interfaces that maximize reusability.

This role will introduce a dedicated person within the tribe to bridge the services, tooling and infrastructure our Tribe creates and manages, with our business objectives, to improve our product development process. To be successful in this role, you should be able to work with different teams and act as an advocate for the importance of defining internal product KPIs.

About the role & what you’ll do:

As a Senior Product Analyst, you will be responsible for

• Influence and drive platform product roadmaps through insights and partner with cross functional teams in product and engineering to make informed decisions.
• Create dashboards for key funnels within the Platform Tribe, providing end-to-end insights (between leading and lagging KPIs).
• Introduce guidelines on how to formulate KPI measurements in collaboration with our Agile Coach to lead in the following quarter’s planning cycle.
• Provide insights in a consumer friendly way and establish a data culture, measuring what matters and acting upon facts.

You’ll be great for this role if:

• You have strong SQL skills (using CTEs, window functions and subqueries, creating and maintaining analytical objects such as tables, views). 
• You have worked with A/B testing and event tracking platforms.
• You have knowledge around Data Quality and Anomaly detection. Ability to confirm and validate metrics.
• You have a strong communication skills and act as platform advocate
• You are familiar with Snowflake, DBT, Airflow or other similar analytical tools
