As the Senior Product Data Analyst, you will be vital in ensuring LogicMonitor’s products are launched, adopted, and utilized effectively by internal teams and customers. You'll champion designing and managing the data infrastructure that supports product development, performance, analytics, and user experience. By efficiently collecting, organizing, and analyzing data, you will generate actionable insights to guide product strategy and development. You'll gain invaluable experience working closely with product, engineering, marketing, sales, and customer experience teams, as you create a data-driven environment that fuels product growth and innovation, while aligning decisions with business goals. In this role you will report directly to the Sr. Director of Product Operations. This role provides plenty of opportunity to make your mark at LogicMonitor.
Here's a closer look at this key role:
- Data Collection & Management: Architect, gather, and manage product data from internal and external sources (user feedback, sales/ CX, usage metrics) ensuring data integrity and availability for analysis.
- Data Analysis & Insights: Analyze product performance, user behavior, and market trends to generate insights and scorecards that guide product development, feature optimization.
- Reporting & Visualization: Create reports, dashboards, and visualizations to effectively communicate insights to product, engineering, and GTM teams.
- Product Performance Monitoring: Analyze KPIs (user engagement, churn, feature usage) to identify improvement opportunities and provide actionable recommendations.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, UX designers, engineers, business operations, and stakeholders to support data-driven decisions throughout the product lifecycle.
- User Behavior Analysis: Study user behavior to identify pain points, optimization opportunities, and growth areas.
- A/B Testing & Experimentation: Design, implement, and analyze A/B tests to evaluate feature impact and drive continuous product improvements.
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or related field.
- 4+ years of data analysis experience, preferably in a SaaS or product-focused environment.
- Proficient in data analysis tools (SQL, Python, R, Excel).
- Experienced with data visualization tools (Tableau, Looker, Power BI).
- Strong knowledge of statistical analysis, A/B testing, and experimentation.
- Familiarity with product management methodologies and the software development lifecycle (SDLC); product management experience is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to turn data into actionable insights.
- Strong communication skills for presenting findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience handling large datasets while ensuring data quality and integrity.

Compensation packages at LogicMonitor for eligible roles include base salary, a variable plan depending on role, along with comprehensive benefits. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum base salary target for new hires in the position, determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, interview performance, and relevant education or training. LogicMonitor employees in eligible roles are also granted equity based compensation, subject to Board of Director approval. The Base Salary range for this role is:$86,205—$118,545 USD
