The RoleWe’re looking for a Senior Product Designer to join our team in Spain, working on the Core Identity domain, the foundation of our product. Core Identity is where identity standards and technologies come together to power everything we build. It’s a technically rich space, and just a login box" and empowering them to grasp the deeper principles that drive secure, scalable systems.
As a Senior Product Designer, you’ll take ownership of complex design problems, collaborate across multiple teams, and help set the standard for quality in our design work. You’ll thrive if you’re curious, willing to become deeply technical, and excited to translate abstract or complex concepts into experiences that developers love.
What You’ll Do- Lead the design of key Core Identity features, working across product, engineering, and research.
- Translate technical identity concepts and API endpoints into intuitive, developer-friendly experiences.
- Explore and validate designs through research, data, and usability testing.
- Create prototypes and design artifacts that clarify direction for cross-functional teams.
- Contribute to design critiques, giving and receiving feedback to raise the bar across the team.
- Help mentor and support other designers, sharing knowledge and fostering a culture of feedback.
- Typically has 5+ years of experience in product design, with at least 2 years at a senior level.
- Strong interaction and systems design skills, with the ability to untangle complex problems.
- Experience (or strong interest) in designing for developers, APIs, or technical tools.
- Ability to collaborate closely with engineers and product managers on technically complex domains.
- A portfolio that demonstrates deep product thinking and clear, developer-oriented design solutions.
- Background in development, engineering, or technical design.
- Familiarity with identity, security, or enterprise software.
- Experience working on distributed teams across geographies.
