- Embedding Strategic Alignment: Align the design system with company objectives and embed system-level thinking into strategic initiatives, ensuring cross-functional execution and impact.
You have
- Experience and Expertise:
- 5+ years of experience in a product design role, with 2+ years in a design system role, with a proven track record of driving innovative ideas to execution.
- High proficiency in Figma and a strong understanding of front-end technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks).
- Deep knowledge of accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG), usability principles, and systems thinking.
- Creativity and Vision: Ability to think long-term and balance short-term wins with future-proof solutions, creating a unified design language that drives consistency and innovation.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong technical aptitude to collaborate effectively with engineers and translate design concepts into scalable, high-quality implementations.
- Communication and Influence: Exceptional storytelling, presentation, and advocacy skills to align stakeholders and build consensus around complex ideas.
- Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail and a passion for creating systems that deliver high-quality user experiences at scale.
