We are looking for a talented and experienced Senior Product Designer to join our dynamic team and take charge of our multi-brand and multi-platform (Figma, Web, iOS, and Android) design system. In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring a cohesive and delightful user experience across all HelloFresh products and brands. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create, maintain, and evolve our design system, contributing to the consistent and scalable design language that reflects our brand’s values and mission.

• Lead the design and development of the HelloFresh multi-brand, multi-platform design system, ensuring it meets the needs of various products and brands.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and other designers to create cohesive and scalable design solutions.
• Advocate for and drive the adoption of the design system across the organization, providing guidance and support to other teams.
• Conduct regular audits of the design system to ensure consistency, usability, and accessibility.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, integrating them into our design processes and systems.
• Conduct UX reviews of features our customers (designers) built and provide guidelines and best practices on using our design system and general UX rules.
• Mentor and guide junior designers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in product design, with at least 2 years specifically focused on working with design systems.
• Strong portfolio showcasing your experience with design systems and your ability to create cohesive and scalable design solutions.
• Proficiency in Figma and prototyping tools.
• Solid understanding of front-end development, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, to effectively collaborate with engineers.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions and advocate for user-centered design principles.
• Passion for creating delightful and intuitive user experiences, with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
