- Contribute to creating and evolving user experience through proven Product Design skills, ideation, conceptualization, facilitation, testing and more.
- Contributing and facilitating design critiques, and feedback sessions
- Create well-crafted iterative design proposals that communicate rationale, align with strategic goals and teams, and help to clarify scope
Who you are:
- Product design experience working on broad and end-to-end design projects, in a cross-functional environment
- Strong case studies displaying your craft and experience with relevant projects
- A growth mindset and a willingness to own problems, an interest in building products, and a desire to make things better
- The ability to conceptualise, work in low and high fidelity, deliver solid UI design & communicate your work and rationale
- Systems thinking and the ability to apply a design system, and contribute to it by extrapolating patterns and behaviours from a specific instance to the larger experience and vice versa.
- A good understanding of Service Design
- Experience using Figma, Axure, Sketch or Adobe XD. We are using Figma but we are always trying new tools.
- An appreciation of a truly agile and team-oriented approach to product development
