Weâre here to make money work for everyone and we're doing things differently. For too long, banking has been obtuse, complex and opaque. We want to change that and build a bank with everyone, for everyone. Our amazing community suggests features, test the app and give us constant feedback so we can build something everyone loves. We're focused on solving problems, rather than selling financial products. We want to make the world a better place and change people's lives through Monzo.
What you'll be working on:
- Your main responsibility is going to be crafting simple experience making sure that our customers have a safe experience while banking with Monzo
- The main aim is to make our financial crime experiences so easy, informative, and simple for customers while being extremely hard for bad actors

- Youâll deeply understand the customers youâre designing for. - You'll have a good sense of how to prioritise, working in an ambiguous space where you are constantly experimenting to find the best solution.
- Youâll collaborate regularly using strong communication, documentation and facilitation skills. Youâll work closely with PMs, Engineers, Data scientists, User researchers and writers to make sure your team isnât just shipping great designs, but they are deeply involved throughout the design process.
