Your Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end design process, from discovery research to effective problem framing, ideation, co-creation, prototyping, and user testing, into high-fidelity designs that will achieve a high impact on our business.
  • Understand the competitive landscape, the admin motivations and embrace best practices to generate solutions and test them using qualitative and quantitative methods.
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders to turn insights into high-quality designs and work with engineering partners to ensure solid implementation in production.
  • Measure the success of your solutions with the team and iterate on them.
  • Bring delight to customers through high-quality interaction design and visuals.
  • Grow our design team by improving design processes and inspire other Raisineers.
  • Support the hiring process and be a part of every major decision within the product design team.

Your Profile

  • 5+ years of product design thinking experience.
  • A strong understanding of business and product metrics.
  • Ability to articulate and unfold your design decisions with an iterative mentality and embrace feedback with a growth mindset.
  • You are an excellent systems thinker. You are able to think beyond your immediate problem and to consider it within the context of a wider ecosystem. You are good at mapping out larger problem spaces to set the context for your work.
  • You have a people-focused design mentality and have the communication and facilitation skills to help set up frameworks and brainstorm initial design concepts. You have the ability to speak confidently to your own design work and convince others of your reasoning.
  • You are proficient in data-informed product design and development. You are comfortable leveraging insights and data with the design craft (systems design, experience and visuals) to deliver high quality products.
