We help retailers provide a fully personalised shopping experience to their audiences. We are processing data for thousands of merchants with tens of millions of visitors on their sites on a daily basis.

Great user experience of the Nosto platform is crucial for our clients’ success, as it helps them to optimize and speed up their processes. As a Senior Product Designer, you will be a part of the product team, collaborating closely with product managers and engineers in a cross-functional manner to create a high-quality and easy-to-use B2B solution. We value systems thinking, open communication and collaborative mindset. We believe in always listening to our customers and achieving big things by accomplishing something small every day.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with product managers to define the strategy and shape product features
• Actively gather feedback from clients and validate your design solutions
• Design complex features, from ideation and user flows to high-fidelity prototypes
• Deliver high quality user experience
• Work with other designers, developers and data engineers to ensure consistency and outstanding quality
• Own design output in certain product areas
• Maintain and contribute to the design system
• Influence overall design direction of the product

What we expect

• At least 4+ years of experience designing complex digital products
• A portfolio showcasing your process, user experience, interaction and visual design skills
• Proactive self-starter attitude
• Solid knowledge of end-to-end design process
• Excellent visual, UI and interaction design skills (we use Figma)
• Ability to plan and conduct user research, and translate findings into actionable design improvements
• Experience of working with design systems
• Great communication and presentation skills (our primary work language is English)
