About the RoleWe are seeking a Senior Product Designer to be responsible for the design of key areas within our core product. This role allows you to shape product experiences, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and transform complex problems into innovative, user-centered solutions. You’ll work alongside product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure that our designs align with business goals while delivering exceptional user experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Take responsibility for the design of major product areas, guiding the process from ideation through to final handoff to engineering.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, engineering, and research, to create intuitive and engaging product experiences.Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs to effectively communicate design concepts.
• Contribute to and evolve our design system to ensure consistency across the platform.
• Use both qualitative and quantitative data to inform design decisions and improve user flows.
• Advocate for the user throughout the product development process, ensuring that user needs and feedback are integrated into design decisions.
• Communicate design decisions effectively to stakeholders, including executives, and ensure alignment across teams.
• Mentor junior designers and foster a collaborative, innovative design culture within the team.

Who We Are Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in product design, with a strong portfolio that demonstrates your ability to solve complex design problems and impact business outcomes.
• Proven experience in designing for SaaS products, with a focus on user experience and visual design.
• Strong skills in interaction design, UI/UX design, and data visualization.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and working in fast-paced, iterative environments.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to present and justify design decisions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Proficiency with design tools such as Figma and AI design tools.
• Knowledge of web and mobile design patterns and the ability to create cross-platform experiences.
• Experience in data-driven design, with a focus on actionable insights and measurable impact.
