Chewy Health Services team is hiring a Senior Product Manager – Chewy Vet Care in our Bellevue, WA office. This role involves building a suite of services that enable seamless communication and support for pet parents to engage with their vets across the full lifecycle of care. This is a unique opportunity to join a team dedicated to transforming pet health care and work with one of the most dynamic and innovative teams at Chewy.

Responsibilities:

  • Re-invent the purchase and ordering experience in Chewy Vet Care practices.
  • Develop a roadmap to deliver a seamless in-practice and post-visit ordering experience, integrating Chewy’s proprietary practice management software with Chewy.com.
  • Understand and address the needs of veterinary care team members and pet parents regarding order initiation and fulfillment.
  • Manage catalog integration, product search, discounting, promotions, and other components for an omni-channel purchase and ordering experience.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Design, Technology, Merchandising, Customer Service, Operations, and Executive teams to create and execute a product vision and multi-year roadmap.
  • Handle roadmap creation, backlog management, user needs gathering, and articulations to development and design teams.
  • Oversee feature development, user acceptance testing, and ensure features meet the needs of care team members.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of product management experience, preferably in the veterinary space or a related field.
  • Comfortable working with remote teams distributed across multiple locations.
  • Proven ability to conceptualize, articulate, and manage complex features involving multiple tech stacks.
  • Ability to manage roadmap creation and trade-offs.
  • Strong ownership mentality, acting as the primary contact for purchase/ordering.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency with analytical data and using it to drive decisions.
  • Strong consensus-building skills and the ability to lead others to shared decisions.
