About the role

As the Senior Product Manager for Order Management System (OMS) and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), you will be a strategic driver, owning the roadmap and execution for these critical platforms. You will collaborate with stakeholders across eCommerce, Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Finance to define product requirements, prioritize features, and ensure seamless integration within our eCommerce ecosystem. Your responsibilities will encompass market research and competitive analysis, crafting compelling product narratives, managing development lifecycles, and driving adoption through user education and training. Ultimately, you will be the champion for optimizing operational efficiency and maximizing profitability through best-in-class OMS and ERP solutions.

  • Develop and implement product strategies consistent with the company vision.
  • Manage the integrations between ERP (NS), OMS, warehouse, and eCommerce sites.
  • Work closely with Finance and lead initiatives for International eCommerce setup in the ERP system.
  • Triage issues related to order & inventory management flow and work with the engineering and operations team on resolution.
  • Keep on top of industry trends and technologies and be prepared to apply them quickly.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to identify business problems, and construct high-level product epics, features, and user stories features.
  • Conduct regular ideation and specification sessions to ensure alignment of stakeholders across departments, business lines, and partner organizations.
  • Author detailed product briefs explaining the why and the what for a given initiative.
  • Deliver crisp product requirements - that are easily understood by technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Write stories and acceptance criteria, that bring your product strategy to life, collaborating with Engineering, Enterprise Business Technology, Finance, Analytics, and eCommerce business team.
  • Act as the main point of contact for product questions, issues, and feedback.
  • Groom platform product backlog as needed in addressing delivery impediments or product quality issues.
  • Provide assistance for customer escalations to quickly resolve customer satisfaction issues.
  • Review product performance against KPIs, test, and make feature improvements.

In the role of Senior Product Manager, you will report to the Sr. Director, Product - eCommerce.

We are considering applicants for the locations of Dallas and San Francisco.

About You

We get excited about candidates, like you, because...

  • Familiar and working knowledge of the NetSuite system.
  • Understand the nuances and implications of the e-commerce product lifecycle, sale/revenue reporting, royalty reporting
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and build products and features, from inception to delivery.
  • Experience communicating complex technical concepts to a variety of audiences to provide clear and concise requirements to Engineering, through gathering those requirements compassionately on behalf of multiple stakeholders.
  •  5+ years of experience with feeds, APIs, data structures, and data analysis is appealing.
