We are looking for a passionate Product Owner to join HelloFresh's IT Management Tribe. IT Management delivers innovative, scalable and best-in-class IT Services, Infrastructure and Support that empowers HelloFresh employees to realize HelloFresh’s maximum potential with Customer Centricity and long-term orientation in mind.

As a Product Owner in this space, you will ensure our vision aligns with HF’s business objectives. You would be conceptualizing the internal products and conducting problem discovery to serve the internal customer’s needs. You will work alongside other IT Managers, Product Owners, Engineering teams, and stakeholders across our organization. It is an excellent opportunity to help us further mature our IT service and operations by delivering impactful IT initiatives across the company.

• Craft internal customer’s user journey and pain points ensuring customer centricity.
• Shape the Strategy, Objective, Roadmap & backlog for your team, and align this with the overall company strategy and the priorities from other business domains and the IT team.
• Partner with engineers in defining initiatives and solutions and resolving scope-related trade-offs.
• Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement monitoring mechanisms to assess the performance and effectiveness of internal IT products.
• Author high-quality documentation, including user stories, features and epics; validate outcomes using acceptance criteria.
• Support IT  Manager to ensure healthy delivery, determining what we buy, what we build, and where we collaborate with technology providers to improve our user’s experience.

• Solid experience in a product management role in a technical customer facing environment, collaborating with a cross-functional team in an agile environment.
• Passion to drive to internal drive products/services  from inception to delivery
• Data driven mindset to optimize products based on feedback and insights.
• Builder Product manager mindset to conceptualize new opportunities and identify user problems.
• Strong understanding of IT systems, processes and ITSM standards like ITIL, ISO/IEC 20000, COBIT 5 etc.
• Outstanding written and oral communication skills, can break down complex concepts and adapt communication to different audiences.
• Experience with SaaS, Atlassian products and functional knowledge of SSO, Oauth and VPN solutions.
• Internal product management experience with IT function or software background is a big plus.
