- Influence our digital product strategy, owning the roadmap and vision for your pod.
- Set clear goals and success metrics for your product and key features, and be accountable for delivering them.
- Prioritise your teamâs work, balancing impact, cost, and risk to drive the most valuable opportunities forward.
- Keep everyone aligned by ensuring clarity on progress, priorities, and future plans.
- Generate quantitative insightsâdefining metrics, running analyses, leading A/B tests, and collaborating with analysts to answer complex questions.
- Gather qualitative insightsâspeaking to users regularly to understand whatâs working, whatâs not, and shaping our approach.
- Lead your teamâs process, optimising for clarity, efficiency, and sustainable impact.
- Define the scope of projects, ensuring a shared understanding of requirements and expected outcomes.
- Help evolve our product development processes, ensuring we have the right tools and approaches to maximise efficiency.
- Work cross-functionally with stakeholders across the business to solve problems, share insights, and collaborate on impactful initiatives.

- 4+ years of Product Management experience, ideally in physical product or e-commerce.
- Proven ability to build deep customer empathy and experience working on customer retention initiatives.
- Strong analytical skillsâcomfortable talking cohorts, segments, funnels, and flywheels.
- Solid project management skillsâable to ensure projects are delivered on time when needed.
- A keen eye for great designânot necessarily a designer, but able to articulate and guide strong design decisions.
- Excellent communicatorâcapable of rallying support for ideas and influencing at exec level.
- Ability to think strategically, seeing the bigger picture of customer engagement and company growth.
- Decisive and confidentâable to make tough calls quickly and get them right most of the time.
