The role

In this role, reporting to the Associate Director of Product Strategy for ANZ, you’ll bridge the physical and digital product teams to launch and optimize products for our growing Market portfolio (Add-ons). You will play a key role in shaping the future of HelloFresh and EveryPlate, driving the next phase of consumer-focused growth.

What you’ll do
  • Be responsible for defining the HelloFresh and EveryPlate product strategy for the Market portfolio in collaboration with Senior Leadership across HelloFresh. You will justify your proposal with data-driven and customer-informed prioritisation methods, influence key stakeholders to achieve sign off on the product roadmap, and align prioritisation and resources
  • Collaborate closely with our Operations experts to turn the product strategy into a detailed quarterly product roadmap 
  • Envision, design and launch new product initiatives that will drive business growth, aligned to our overall business objectives
  • Build business cases, including financials and tech requirements to support product development 
  • Develop mechanisms to capture the Voice of the Customer, understand blockers to customer satisfaction, engagement and commitment
  • Drive the improvement of our HelloFresh and EveryPlate menus, liaising with the Customer Insights, Analytics, Operations, Menu Planning and Culinary teams
  • Lead complex cross-functional product implementation, bringing Finance, Marketing, Research, Operations, Culinary & Tech together to make sure that ideas are well executed, provide great customer experiences and impact the bottom line
  • Work closely with the global HelloFresh team to coordinate product development, market testing, online and mobile product delivery, pricing and UX
  • Contribute in making the company successful in terms of innovation and fresh thinking to create products, menus and variety that our customers love
What you’ll bring
  • 4-6 years of experience working for a strategy consultancy firm and/or in product management, development or customer strategy. 1 year of managerial experience would be preferential
  • Proven experience in crafting data-driven business/ product strategy and translating into detailed roadmaps based on cross-functional inputs
  • Able to influence, gather input and drive alignment among a diverse set of stakeholders. You are able to lead without authority and motivate others to deliver on longer term projects as well as day to day operations
  • Well-versed with web-based consumer behaviour and UX and obsessed with Customer experience (that you balance with a strong business acumen)
  • Outstanding analytical skills, a demonstrated ability to pull and interpret large amounts of data and make sound business judgement and recommendations
  • Able to write succinct and compelling business proposals and recommendations
  • Have strong up and downward management skills with clear communication
  • Have a “roll up sleeves” attitude to entering workstreams and getting them over the line 
  • Proactive, ambitious, and assertive: you take ownership of your work
  • Entrepreneurial and can make things happen
  • Experience using HelloFresh or EveryPlate is a plus!
