Senior Product Manager, Agentic AI
An Important Note about Wayfair's In-Office Policy and Salary:
Please note that this is a hybrid role based in Boston, and will require you to work in the office on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.
The salary range for this position is $161,000 - $172,500 per year. The base salary offered may vary depending on location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Restricted stock units will be provided as part of the compensation package.

We believe Agentic solutions can take this partnership, and therefore our business, to the next level. We are looking for a Senior PM who is both a visionary and a master executor to drive 0 to 1 Agentic products to uplevel our relationship with Suppliers, Advertisers & Business Customers. This leader will have a massive impact touching nearly all aspects of operating our massive eCommerce business. Success will take the form of driving core metrics that drive both Wayfair’s top line and bottom line including but not limited to making Wayfair more price competitive, improving our speed, reducing return & incident rates, growing our high-margin Ads business and building loyalty with our most valuable Business customers.
As a PM leader for this space, you will define the long term vision and opportunity for this role as well as the multi cycle roadmap and are responsible for bringing this product to life as well as scaling it. You will drive this product through the three phases of growth: Foundational Automation → Proactive Intelligence → Autonomous Orchestration. You will partner closely with engineering, science and commercial teams to bring your product vision to life.
What You’ll Do
- Own the product vision & roadmap for the Sales Agentic Ecosystem across our sales and account management teams focused on Suppliers, Advertisers & Business Customers; sequence work to deliver near-term value while building toward the long term vision of autonomous orchestration.
- Own roadmap planning and manage execution with dedicated Engineering, Machine Learning Science, Experience Design, and Data Science teams.
- Own key build vs. buy decisions and drive leadership alignments.
- Evolve our strategy as we learn and adjust our business goals, and work cross-functionally to continually improve velocity of insights and experimentation.
- Define product requirements in collaboration with cross-functional teams across departments, including Advertising, Supplier Technology, B2B, Pricing, Supplier CRM and other teams..
- Partner with the engineering team to drive timely and smooth execution through sprint rituals like grooming, planning and retrospective.
- Influence the evolution of Wayfair's strategy for agentic workflows.
We Are A Match Because You Have
- Bachelor’s Degree with strong academic record (strong preference for technical/ engineering backgrounds)
- 5+ years of product management experience, including recently demonstrated AI-enabled impact.
- Deep familiarity with LLMs (e.g., GPT, Claude, Mistral), prompt engineering, embeddings, and GenAI workflows is essential. This position demands someone who is truly immersed in AI, actively engaging with and leveraging these tools to drive innovation.
- Experience with AI evaluation, hallucination mitigation, or RAG pipelines
- Translate complex AI concepts (e.g., embeddings, prompting strategies, vector search, eval frameworks) into usable, testable product features
- Strong technical background with a passion for breaking down challenging problems
- Excellent analytical skills with demonstrated experience turning data into actionable insights
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills at the senior leadership level, as well as with cross-functional teams, especially ability to partner with engineering teams and explain technical terminology to non-technical audiences
- Deep understanding of business strategy and metrics
