Our Opportunity:

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager at our facility in Bellevue, Washington to prioritize and deliver a defined set of objectives in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.

 

What You’ll Do: 

  • Own product discovery and incorporate inputs from all stakeholders to develop a data-driven prioritization and trade-off analysis.
  • Create concise written artefacts that effectively communicate adequate details based on the audience.
  • Iterate and independently develop impactful solutions to address unmet customer needs.
  • Define and analyze measures of success (KPIs) for the initiatives you deliver.
  • Develop and maintain a prioritized roadmap for specific features ensuring product vision continually aligns with both customer and business goals.
  • Utilize and continually improve mechanisms to track progress and deliverables related to product/feature suite you own across all tech and non-tech tracks.
  • 10% domestic travel required.
  • Telecommuting permitted.

 

What You’ll Need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Product Management, Business Administration, or related field and 7 years of experience.
  • Will also accept a Master’s degree and 5 years of experience.
  • Experience must include 5 years with: eCommerce;
  • Defining and analyzing measures of success (KPIs) for the initiatives;
  • Developing and maintaining a prioritized roadmap for your product/feature suite ensuring product vision continually aligns with both customer and business goals;
  • Utilizing mechanisms (GANNT Charts, Excel trackers, etc.) to track progress and deliverables related to product/feature suite across all tech and non-tech tracks.
  • 10% domestic travel required.
  • Telecommuting permitted.

Compensation & Benefits:

Our salary range for a Senior Product Manager position is $167,156 - $215,000. The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including but not limited to the candidate’s relevant experience, education, and work location. In addition, this position is eligible for 401k and a new hire and annual equity grant.
