The Senior Product Manager opportunityWe're seeking a customer-centric Senior Product Manager to spearhead the development and execution of our Customer Identity and Access Management (CIAM) migration strategy. In this critical role, you'll be the driving force behind a seamless transition, empowering our customers to leverage the power and innovation of our new industry-leading CIAM solution.
What you'll be doing
- Develop and own the product roadmap for the CIAM migration, prioritizing features and functionalities based on customer needs and business goals.
- Possess deep knowledge of CIAM solutions and the migration process, including industry best practices and potential challenges.
- Collaborate closely with engineering, design, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure a seamless migration experience.
- Develop and execute clear communication plans to keep stakeholders informed throughout the migration process.
- Proactively identify and mitigate potential risks associated with the migration.
- Evaluate migration progress and user feedback to iterate on the roadmap and optimize the migration experience.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of the migration and identify areas for improvement.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and technologies in the CIAM space to continuously improve our offerings.
What you’ll bring to the role
- 5+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on B2B software products.
- Proven track record of successfully launching and managing complex product initiatives.
- In-depth understanding of CIAM solutions and the customer identity landscape.
- Experience with CIAM migration projects, preferably involving integrations with different products.
- Effective analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively manage cross-functional teams.
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize competing demands and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies is a plus.
And extra credit if you have experience in any of the following!
- Experience with Okta Customer Identity Cloud (CIC/Auth0) or Okta Customer Identity Solution (CIS)
- Experience working with Single Sign-On (SSO) and Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) solutions.
- Experience developing and managing product documentation.

Below is the annual base salary range for candidates located in California, Colorado, New York and Washington. Your actual base salary will depend on factors such as your skills, qualifications, experience, and work location. In addition, Okta offers equity (where applicable), bonus, and benefits, including health, dental and vision insurance, 401(k), flexible spending account, and paid leave (including PTO and parental leave) in accordance with our applicable plans and policies. The annual base salary range for this position for candidates located in California (excluding San Francisco Bay Area), Colorado, New York, and Washington is between:$160,000—$240,000 USD The annual base salary range for this position for candidates located in the San Francisco Bay area is between: $179,000—$269,000 USDWhat you can look forward to as an Full-Time Okta employee!
