The Screen team at HackerRank is at the forefront of revolutionizing technical hiring. We're dedicated to building and scaling our industry-leading remote assessment platform, HackerRank Screen. This product empowers companies to conduct screening tests, assess technical skills effectively, and streamline their hiring process. We are focused on creating a seamless and collaborative experience for both interviewers and candidates, ensuring fair and accurate evaluation of talent. As a Product Manager on the Screen team, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of technical recruiting, driving innovation in areas like real-time collaboration, skills assessment, and integration with the broader talent acquisition ecosystem. You'll work closely with engineering, design, and go-to-market teams to define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap, ultimately helping companies build stronger, more skilled engineering teams.
About the role:As a Senior Product Manager on the Screen team, you will own and drive the product's evolution, ensuring it meets the dynamic needs of the technical hiring landscape. You will be responsible for defining the product vision, strategy, and roadmap, with a focus on scaling adoption and maximizing impact. This includes identifying new opportunities to enhance the platform's capabilities, improve user experience, and expand its market reach. You will collaborate closely with engineering, design, and marketing teams to bring new features and improvements to market, and you'll work directly with customers to gather feedback and ensure the product continues to deliver exceptional value.
What you’ll do:
- Own the 0-1 journey - Define the vision, execute aggressively, and drive adoption.
- Develop and execute a GTM strategy - Work closely with field teams to drive the entire funnel and adoption.
- Drive rapid iteration - Make bold, data-informed bets and refine based on market signals.
- Champion Screen - Evangelize internally and externally to build momentum and adoption.
- Engage deeply with users (both interviewers and candidates) - Understand their needs and shape the product accordingly.
- Scale the business, not just the product - Ensure Screen drives real revenue and customer impact.
- Embrace AI - in how we operate, as well as in the product (exploring AI's potential to enhance the interview process, skills assessment, etc.).

What you bring:
- Overall 5+ yrs experience, 4+ years of PM experience, preferably building B2B SaaS, enterprise products and/or tech services and/or platforms.
- Experienced building developer facing SaaS products (you can engage with engineering beyond just product and user needs) OR, 2+ years of Software Programming experience (in any industry).
- Experienced in developing a robust long term data driven, customer focussed vision and strategy.
- Experienced in building and owning roadmaps for multiple teams backed by solid prioritization and clear milestones.
- Ability to deep dive into ambitious problem statements and create customer value.
- Proven track record of successfully launching and growing new products and/or significant features.
- Ability to work in a fast paced cross team, cross geo environment and to deliver on a common vision.
- Ability to work with engineers, designers and analysts and be comfortable presenting to non-technical/business stakeholders and customers.
