Senior Product Manager
As the Senior Product Manager for Monetisation, you will own the strategy, execution, and performance of key monetisation initiatives across our HelloFresh and EveryPlate brands. You will be reporting to the Associate Director of Product Strategy for Mealkits in ANZ.
As the Senior Product Manager for Monetisation, you will drive the strategy, execution, and performance of key monetisation initiatives across our HelloFresh and EveryPlate brands. Your responsibilities will include overseeing and managing monetisation product portfolios, leading merchandising efforts, and delivering seasonal one-off boxes to enhance customer engagement and revenue.
You will…
- Drive the growth and profitability of surcharge offerings by introducing new product developments (NPDs), conducting pricing reviews, and identifying new surcharge opportunities.
- Lead the planning and implementation of new initiatives to ensure a balance of variety customer engagement, and profitability.
- Expand portfolio options by developing and optimising swaps and addons, offering customers greater flexibility in customising their meals.
- Integrate NPDs into the portfolio strategy and ensure seamless execution through effective planning and cross-functional collaboration.
- Develop and deliver an annual merchandising calendar that aligns with product strategy to excite and engage target customer segments.
- Lead the coordination of merchandising themes, Limited Time Offers (LTOs), seasonal stories, and cuisine themes, ensuring timely execution to achieve budget targets.
- Collaborate with the Marketing team to develop partnerships that introduce exclusive, co-branded, or premium products to enhance the customer offering.
- Launch three one-off 'Occasions Boxes' to address unique customer needs and expand HelloFresh’s product offering beyond the subscription model.
- Oversee the development, launch, and performance of these boxes to deliver exceptional customer value and engagement.
- The key metrics for this role include Average Order Value (AOV) and menu engagement.
You have/You are…
- 5+ years of professional experience in physical and/or digital product (direct to consumer preferred), merchandising and/or corporate/business unit strategy
- Bachelor or Masters degree in business, finance or STEM discipline
- Strong analytical skills and experience in financial/operational modeling
- Demonstrated ability to build strong rapport with multiple stakeholder groups (especially tech and marketing teams) and influence relevant teams into directing time and effort towards initiatives
- Demonstrated track record of leading, managing and delivering projects end-to-end and meeting planned initiative objectives
- Comprehensive understanding and use of Google sheets/Excel functions and Powerpoint/Google Slides
- Able to quickly learn new technologies, tools and processes
