The Role

We are looking for a passionate Senior Product Manager II to join HelloFresh's Security tribe. The Security department drives the strategy for all cyber security capabilities, including detection & response, vulnerability management, cloud security, IT/enterprise security, compliance, and risk management. In this role, you will ensure our vision and roadmaps align with business objectives, collaborating with Engineering Managers, Product Managers, Engineering teams, and stakeholders. You will help mature our security posture and deliver scalable security initiatives, such as vulnerability scanners, SIEM, CSPM/CNAPP, WAF, security posture dashboards, and risk management solutions.

What You’ll Do

• Shape HF's Security products and services vision from concept to adoption by collaborating with stakeholders.
• Create the strategy, roadmap, and backlog for your team, aligning it with the overall company strategy and negotiating dependencies with other business domains.
• Engage with internal customers and stakeholders to identify user pain points and opportunities through interviews and feedback.
• Own problem and product discovery through experimentation, evaluating hypotheses to drive data-driven decision-making.
• Establish comprehensive metrics and KPIs for products, monitoring them closely to derive actionable insights and drive improvements.
• Launch internal products and drive user adoption through strategic planning, execution, and effective documentation.

What You’ll Bring

• Solid experience in internal product management roles thriving in a dynamic environment, balancing strategic initiatives with operational tasks, bringing structure to complexity.
• Expertise to function autonomously while supporting multiple security squads, including Cloud, Red Team, and Enterprise Security.
• Outstanding written and oral communication skills, able to break down complex concepts and adapt communication to different audiences. Able to craft solid product documents.
• A security-centric mindset and knowledge of industry-standard Information Security Concepts and frameworks such as NIST, CIS, SOC.
• Experience with a cyber security function, tools, or other relevant backgrounds like Cloud is a big plus.
