Senior Product Manager, Lyft Business

We are looking for entrepreneurial and passionate Product Managers to innovate and execute across a rapidly growing, fast paced company and industry from our San Francisco headquarters.As a product manager for Lyft Business, you will work on one of Lyft’s fastest growing and most profitable business units by enabling companies to provide the world's best transportation to the people they care about. This role will be focused on the Business Travel and Lyft Pass products focused primarily on growing the business travel and corporate commute use cases at Lyft.
Responsibilities:- Be responsible for both the Business Travel and Lyft Pass products, which allow companies to subsidize the Lyft rides of their employees traveling for business reasons. You will be responsible for the growth of business travel and corporate commute rides across the Lyft product ecosystem.
- Be responsible for the vision, strategy, roadmap and execution for Lyft’s suite of business products that allow businesses to cover rides for their employees. This includes both business facing and consumer facing features and services.
- Deeply understand and empathize with the pain points of business travelers and corporate commuters. This applies to both the riders and the companies who are paying for their rides.
- Completely own your team's products, existing or new, from ideation, through development, to launch, growth and maintenance.
- Clearly communicate roadmaps, priorities, experiments and decisions across a wide spectrum of audiences from partner teams to executive levels.
- 5+ years of experience as a product manager
- Experience creating and/or improving a consumer loyalty product is strongly preferred (i.e. points, rewards programs, cash back, etc).
- Natural leadership & ability to make things happen around you. You manage project ambiguity, complexity and interdependencies in an organized and structured way. Be able to define and analyze metrics that inform the success of products.
- Excellent judgment and thoughtfulness about the dynamics of a product ecosystem.
- Strong communication skills and intuition for communication strategy at every level -- within teams, within the company, to users, and other audiences.
- Ability to conceptualize, prioritize and lead multiple projects for stakeholders.
- Detail oriented with superior organizational skills -- balancing multiple projects, deadlines, and requests should be second nature to you.

This role will be in-office on a hybrid schedule — Team Members will be expected to work in the office 3 days per week on Mondays, Thursdays and a team-specific third day. Additionally, hybrid roles have the flexibility to work from anywhere for up to 4 weeks per year.
The expected base pay range for this position in the San Francisco area is $144,000 - $180,000. Salary ranges are dependent on a variety of factors, including qualifications, experience and geographic location. Range is not inclusive of potential equity offering, bonus or benefits.
