About the Role

Product Managers at Sibros possess exceptional problem solving abilities paired with strong business judgment to design the strategy of our product portfolio by coordinating the best outcome across all functional groups. Your proven ability to execute both strategically and tactically along with your zeal for taking on ambiguous projects will help drive internal roadmaps and customer programs towards success. This customer-focused role requires a solid product management background, passion for technology, and a methodical approach to delivering results.  

The Senior Product Manager responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Developing core product management documentation including user scenarios, detailed business requirements, and strategic technology assessments for customers
  • Ensuring a competitive and market relevant product
  • Identifying significant opportunities and driving product vision, strategies and roadmaps in the context of broader organizational strategies and goals
  • Incorporating data, research, and market analysis to make informed product strategies and roadmaps
  • Driving the success of company Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) and working closely with teams across the organization
  • Collaborating with the Engineering Team to define deliverables, roadmaps, and accompanying documentation for successful completion of customer engagements
  • Interfacing with technical partner teams to identify opportunities for innovation and improving our capabilities
  • Bringing an eye for user experience and design to ensure features drive high adoption and customer delight
  • Defining user stories for customers
  • Proactively identifying and resolving strategic issues to deliver to the program
Minimum Qualifications
  • 5+ years of data-driven Product Management work experience performing relevant and innovative Product Management job functions; ideally with a focus on international business
  • Experience going through a full product lifecycle, integrating customer feedback into product requirements, driving prioritization, and pre/post-launch execution
  • Experience working with designers, engineers, and business leaders to generate buy in for the product direction you are setting
  • Demonstrated experience in developing, delivering, and executing on a strong product vision and roadmap
  • Proven ability to think strategically and execute methodically
  • Relevant professional experience managing complex software development efforts, including tools & processes, breaking down and estimating work, prioritization and issue management
  • Excellent analytical abilities with strong oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working on early-stage projects in a fast-paced environment with ambiguity and change
  • A background in working on Product Management in the following areas: cloud, IoT and vehicle software
  • Experience leading a project or cross functional team
Additional Information

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $150,000 - $200,000 + equity + benefits.  Our salary ranges are determined by role and level.  The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum range for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations.  Within the range, individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.  Please note that the compensation details listed in US role postings reflect the base salary only, and do not include equity, benefits, or any discretionary bonus components.
