Position OverviewWe are seeking a dynamic and experienced Product Manager to lead the charge in driving Product Led Sales & Subscription management. You will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our strategy to leverage product capabilities in driving leads and customer growth. Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement a comprehensive Product Led Sales strategy that aligns with Okta's business objectives

  • Drive tactical initiatives to leverage product capabilities for self-service conversions and accelerating expansions and lead generations for our Enterprise pipeline

  • Develop a deep understanding of customer journeys, conversion opportunities as well as pain points to inform product enhancements that effectively drive conversions and leads

  • Work closely with Design and Engineering to create user-centric experiences that facilitate seamless product discovery and adoption, as well as checkout and subscription management

  • Act as a bridge between the product org, pricing, business technology and sales teams to ensure alignment and successful execution of Product Led Sales initiatives, New Product Introduction and Self-Service go to market plays

  • Utilize data and analytics to monitor and measure the success of Product Led Sales initiatives. You will be identifying key metrics to track, analyze, and optimize the effectiveness of the product-led approach

  • Serve as a product evangelist, both internally and externally, promoting the value of our products in terms of how they align with a Product Led Sales approach

  • Be comfortable in planning and evolving backend systems that allow Okta to offer self-service pricing & subscription management, feature entitlements, alerting and usage reporting

  • Identity and prioritize opportunities that allow respective feature teams to be able to independently manage customer growth touch points and segmentation while still conforming to a cohesive overall product experience

What You Bring:

  • A strong growth mindset and are able to articulate and appreciate parallels and differences between Product Led Sales and Product Led Growth

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, and not shy to get your hands dirty to find nuggets of user insights yourself learning and using various resources available to our Product leaders

  • Experience in B2B SaaS go-to-market strategies and acquisition and procurement customer journeys

  • Experience managing self-serve trials, subscriptions and billing

  • Ability to effectively juggle multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced agile product development environment

  • Be comfortable in dealing with and driving clarity out of ambiguity. We would love to hear examples of how you have done this effectively in your professional career

  • Experience in engaging with senior cross functional leaders, establishing their trust and driving a collective cross functional Product Led Sales motion in a true partnership

  • A strong sense of empathy, leveraging that skill to effectively differentiate meaningful investment that deliver true value around accelerating Growth for our business

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of Product Management experience in Enterprise B2B SaaS products

  • Experience working in agile development environments

  • Experience building identity and access management, SaaS, and security technologies is a strong plus

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or relevant field or equivalent practical experience. An MBA (or equivalent) is a strong plus

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams

Below is the annual salary range for candidates located in Canada. Your actual salary will depend on factors such as your skills, qualifications, and experience. In addition, Okta offers equity (where applicable), bonus, and benefits, including health, dental, and vision insurance, RRSP with a match, healthcare spending, telemedicine, and paid leave (including PTO and parental leave) in accordance with our applicable plans and policies. The annual base salary range for this position for candidates located in Canada is between:$134,000—$194,000 CAD
