Senior Product Operations Optimization Manager
Your role
As Senior Product Operations Optimization Manager DACH (w/m/d/x) you will be part of the Product Operations Team. You will focus on optimization and automation of processes, tools and systems, helping to achieve efficient, error-free and smooth ways of working for our Operational Experts and Editorial Experts. You will be in close contact with Tech Stakeholders and a Direct Manager to one Sr. Operational Specialist.This role is a maternity cover and therefore available for a 12-month contract (extension not possible).
Your area of responsibility- Managing process improvement projects on team level
- Identifying & managing automation opportunities
- Local point of contact for editorial & content management tool improvement
- Incident coordinator on broader team level
- People management for 1 Sr. Specialist
- You have at least 3 years of professional experience in a similar role
- You can present a success rate in operational process improvement and/or automation
- Ideally, you have already gained experience in People Management
- You work independently, structured and conscientiously
- You think in terms of business and you are data- and process-driven in your work
- You convince with professionalism and conscientiousness in your dealings with stakeholders
- You are a doer with a hands-on mentality and a zest for action
- You learn quickly and find the right solution to every problem, focusing thereby on long-term objectives specifically
- You are ready to take on responsibility in a dynamic working environment starting on day one
- You have fluent English Skills (C1/C2-Level)
- You have very good G Suite skills, especially in Sheets
