Senior Belonging Program Manager

The Senior Belonging Program Manager will be instrumental in leading strategic initiatives that align with our diversity, equity, and inclusion priorities, driving our People strategy forward. How You’ll Find Success

  • Lead Initiatives: Develop and implement key DEI programs, such as partnerships with employee resource groups (ERGs) and mentorship programs, while establishing reporting mechanisms to measure outcomes and drive continuous improvement.
  • Champion Inclusion: Provide insights into best practices for hiring, retention, equity, and career development, and design learning and development pathways for leaders at all levels.
  • Facilitate Training: Conduct online training sessions and in-person workshops related to inclusion initiatives, fostering a deep understanding of belonging within the organization.
  • Analyze Metrics: Collaborate with the People Analytics team to manage and oversee inclusion and belonging metrics, delivering accessible insights to inform strategy and support leaders as needed.
  • Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with the Business Partnership team to integrate equity best practices into workflow planning and talent reviews, advocating for inclusive leadership throughout the organization.

  • Leadership Development: You will refine your leadership skills by spearheading critical initiatives that foster an inclusive culture. As you champion DEI programs, you’ll cultivate your ability to inspire and influence cross-functional teams, enhancing your capacity as a strategic leader.

  • Deepening Expertise in DEI: Engaging with diverse employee groups and conducting workshops will broaden your understanding of best practices in diversity, equity, and inclusion. This role positions you to become an expert in implementing effective DEI strategies while adapting to emerging trends and insights.

  • Analytical Proficiency: By collaborating closely with the People Analytics team, you'll strengthen your analytical skills, translating complex data into actionable strategies. This experience will enhance your ability to make data-driven decisions that inform organizational strategy.

  • Facilitation and Training Skills: Through the development and delivery of training sessions and workshops, you’ll grow your facilitation skills, learning how to engage and motivate diverse audiences. This hands-on experience will refine your communication and public speaking abilities, making you a more effective educator and mentor.
  • Innovation and Creative Problem Solving: Working within a fast-paced, agile environment will challenge you to think creatively, driving innovative solutions to complex problems. You’ll learn to embrace strategic risks, fostering an entrepreneurial mindset that will serve you in any future endeavors.

Things You’ll Do

  • Lead the execution of initiatives that drive belonging and inclusion, including oversight of the program budget and management of external Belonging webpages and key awards.
  • Prepare the annual Belonging report and manage communication updates, including newsletters that highlight community strategies and the work of ERGs.
  • Motivate and influence cross-functional teams to foster an environment of inclusivity, ensuring alignment with company-wide goals and training.
  • Utilize strong analytical skills to translate research and metrics into actionable strategies, communicating effectively with leadership and stakeholders.
  • Maintain a high degree of execution throughput, overseeing multiple projects while ensuring accountability and continuous progress.

What We’re Looking For On Your Resume

  • Proven experience in leading diversity, equity, inclusion, or belonging initiatives, with a strong track record of driving strategic programs within an organization.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies and initiatives.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of clearly articulating ideas and influencing different stakeholder levels, especially senior leadership.
  • Demonstrated experience facilitating training sessions and workshops, with the ability to engage participants at various levels in the organization.
  • High emotional intelligence and the ability to handle sensitive topics with confidentiality and tact, displaying sound judgment in decision-making.
  • Experience working in a matrix environment, with a proven ability to influence cross-functional teams and align efforts toward common goals.
