Senior Program Manager, International Logistics (m/f/x)
HelloFresh is seeking to hire a Program Manager to join our International Logistics team. In this newly created role, you will develop, implement and own a structured and comprehensive framework to oversee a complex series of projects and initiatives across multiple domains and ensure we deliver on time and in full.
This role has a broad and diverse series of stakeholders: domain owners within the International Logistics team, local markets, International Ops and Supply Chain teams, Global Product, Data and Engineering teams and alliances.
To succeed, you must be highly structured, organised and detail-orientated, with superb written and verbal communication skills and the confidence to apply these attributes across your stakeholders of all levels up to and including C Level.
Most importantly, you will be comfortable taking ownership and responsibility for the outcome of your Programs.

What you’ll doAs a Program Manager at HelloFresh, you will focus on delivering successful outcomes through a structured approach; there will be times when this role is very much “hands-on”.
- Best Practice: You will apply, instil and utilise PM best practices in all Programs, supporting Projects and Initiatives across the International Logistics team. You will work in a complex matrix environment in a typical post-start-up business.
- Communication: You will apply your impeccable communication skills to ensure absolute clarity for all programs and stakeholders, from running SteerCo to weekly management of tasks and initiatives.
- Collaboration: You will engage diverse stakeholders across multiple countries and time zones. You will approach your Programs holistically and challenge examples of siloed processes or attitudes where experienced.
- Standards: You naturally set a high bar, yet understand the fine lines between best and good enough whilst guarding against mediocrity.
- Focus on what's important: You can ruthlessly prioritise the competing streams within your Programs and are comfortable making tough decisions in fluid and ambiguous environments. Ensuring Programs deliver the intended benefits will be a key priority.
- Problem-Solving: You are comfortable collaborating across multiple domains with diverse people who have deep domain expertise and are experts in what they do; you will need to maximise their talents to solve problems and still deliver within the scope of your Program successfully.
- A scientific or engineering postgraduate degree; an MBA is a strong plus.
- An industry-recognised Project Management qualification/s (PMP, Prince2, Agile)
- You have consulting experience and can simultaneously demonstrate the successful management and delivery of multiple complex projects.
- You have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and the gravitas to lead meetings with participants up to and including C Level.
- Experience communicating complex ideas and sharing detailed information in a narrative form is a strong plus.
- You have business case development experience and the practice of benefits realisation management.
- You are an owner who takes accountability and responsibility for your Programs.
- You have a proven ability to develop relationships and lead cross-functional teams, delivering results through collaboration and innovation.
- You demonstrate an entrepreneurial mindset: you thrive in fast-paced environments, make sense of ambiguous situations, and enjoy taking on new responsibilities.

- You are fluent in English (reading, writing and speaking)
- International travel is a requirement of the role (<25%)
