About the role: 

The Senior Program Manager will have a vital role in establishing, championing and coordinating Nintex’s day-to-day business rhythm in partnership with the CFO to ensure the business is achieving its near and long-term strategic objectives and business outcomes.  This role will work closely with executive and senior leadership ensuring cross functional coordination to develop a program that ensures that our all aspects of our interactions with the executive leadership team, board, quarterly business reviews and employee communications are coordinated and effective.  This person will take a comprehensive end-to-end view and will be responsible for documenting and coordinating the initial program as well as evolving it in the future.  Additionally, this person will provide project management assistance for corporate efficiency initiatives as needed.

The Senior Program Manager will know how to manage competing resources and priorities and understand how to navigate through ambiguous situations while driving decisions needed and/or escalating blockers to senior leadership.  This person will be an expert at dissecting problems and be able to communicate process improvements effectively and concisely to management and stakeholders.   This person will need to partner cross functionally and across all levels. 

Your contribution will be:  

  • Design and lead our Rhythm of the Business program including alignment/agendas for weekly executive leadership meetings, board meeting agendas, Quarterly Business Reviews and company communications (e.g., all hands meetings)
  • You will regularly attend executive leadership meetings and partner with the CFO and Head of Growth Strategy to ensure progress against key business and strategic outcomes (e.g., OKRs)
  • Must build and retain strong cross functional relationships with all functions and executive leaders of those functions
  • Work closely with administrative team to drive best execution for meetings, events  
  • Effectively communicate objectives, project milestones, status, and dependencies in a timely manner to team members, stakeholders and management  
  • Work closely with project team members on their commitments, milestones, resources allocations, issues, and deliverables during projects/initiatives
  • Must be able to see the big picture to identify inefficiencies, recognize points of failure, and leverage past experience to derive best-fit solutions
  • Recognize and escalate up and downstream impacts to dependent stakeholders
  • Identify roadblocks, issues and anticipate risks that may inhibit overall project progress and/or release success and report/escalate them to the appropriate stakeholder
  • You will from time-to-time project manage corporate initiatives including the planning and implementation 

To be successful, we think you need:  

  • BA/BS degree 
  • 7+ years of experience in program and/or project management 
  • Must have the ability to build solid work relationships and partnerships, past work directly with C-level executives a plus
  • Able to effectively communicate concepts, plans, and project status to stakeholders
  • High analytical and problem-solving skills; able to document specifications, organize material, analyze a wide variety of facts and data to make appropriate recommendations 
  • Experience in managing cross functional meetings across different disciplines and levels of management and experience with a variety of business processes 
  • Operates with urgency, focus and discipline 
  • Ability to work efficiently with multiple product owners/stakeholders
  • Able to effectively context switch between multiple projects, initiatives, and tasks
  • Must be highly organized and great attention to detail
