The Community You Will Join:

As a Senior Programs Operations Manager, you are responsible for leading & implementing large-scale programs that drive the strategic goals and growth of the Host Entrepreneurs community. You will work cross-functionally to improve Host Entrepreneurs’ productivity and performance, and do so with efficient resource usage and deep focus on overall program and project execution. You’ll play a critical role in bringing to life the Host Entrepreneurs segment to build the world’s most loyal Host community through exceptional education and service.

In this role, you will create, deploy, and monitor scaled educational programs aimed at empowering our Airbnb Host Entrepreneurs to thrive. As a key member of the Host Entrepreneurs team, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing strategic initiatives to drive Host Entrepreneur growth, engagement, and success on our platform. The ideal candidate possesses a blend of strategic thinking, project management expertise, cross-functional collaboration, and a passion for education and hospitality.

A Typical Day:

  • Influence hosts to optimize their listings performance through different programs: Implement programs and strategies to encourage Hosts to enhance the performance of their listings on Airbnb, improve guest experiences, and maximize their earning potential.
  • Educational Program Development: Plan and execute comprehensive educational programs tailored to the needs of Airbnb Host Entrepreneurs. Develop a deep understanding of the Host Entrepreneur community, identifying key growth opportunities through extensive data analysis and account management, pain points, and learning preferences.
  • Multi-Channel Content Creation: With cross-functional support, develop engaging educational content across various formats, including email campaigns, webinars, short-form videos, in-product notifications, and call sprints. Ensure the content is accessible, informative, and actionable for Host Entrepreneurs of all experience levels. Collaborate to align program goals, and messaging.
  • Metrics and Analytics: Define and track key performance indicators to measure the effectiveness of large scale educational programs. Regularly analyze data to refine strategies, improve content, and enhance the overall impact on Host Entrepreneur growth.
  • Lead end-to-end scaled programs, from ideation to deployment and assessment. Ensure timely execution and coordination among various teams to meet program milestones.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Act as a central point of contact for program-related inquiries, feedback, and updates.
  • Innovation and Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on industry trends, educational best practices, and platform changes to continuously evolve and enhance the educational programs. Integrate innovative techniques and technologies to deliver high-impact content.

Your Expertise:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Education, Business, or a related field 
  • 8+ years of experience in program management, educational content development, account management, email marketing and/or a related role.
  • Demonstrated success in creating and deploying educational content across various formats and channels including visual asset creation and crafting sales/educational email copy.
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and manage projects to successful completion.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a knack for distilling complex topics into clear and concise messages.
  • Highly organized, resourceful, and results-driven with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
  • Creative thinker and problem solver, capable of generating innovative ideas and solutions.
  • Autonomous and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently while maintaining alignment with team goals.
  • Salesforce and SQL expertise preferred.

Your Location:

This position is US - Remote Eligible. The role may include occasional work at an Airbnb office or attendance at offsites, as agreed to with your manager. How We'll Take Care of You:

Our job titles may span more than one career level. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as: training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs and market demands. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. This role may also be eligible for bonus, equity, benefits, and Employee Travel Credits.  

Pay Range$125,000—$150,500 USD
