Red Ventures Red Digital team is looking for a motivated and driven Senior-Level Project Manager to join the team! We are a high-impact team that uses project management and structured problem-solving skills to tackle Red Digital's toughest problems. As a Senior Project Manager, you will facilitate the roadmap and prioritization of the team's work. And will be an ambassador of cross-functional collaboration and project execution. You will be a critical partner to our leadership team, helping to drive strategic initiatives from ideation through to implementation. You will need to work across many parts of the business and—even better—identify areas of opportunity and work on what you see resulting in the biggest-impact.

The ideal candidate will have experience with Jira, Asana, Figma and other Project Management Platforms while possessing strong problem-solving abilities. This person will interact with people at all levels and collaborate with teams across a geographically diverse company. Excellent communication and teamwork skills are essential. This individual will contribute to promoting a collaborative and communicative culture as a partner to many teams by assisting with enablement processes, automation, and tooling to improve productivity, mitigate risk, and achieve reliability at scale.

What You'll Do

  • Facilitate high-impacting projects, ensuring execution is set up for success and managed rigorously
  • Manage the collaboration and communication across different functional teams such as product, SEO, tech, data, operations  and creative to execute on high priority projects. 
  • Create project plans and timelines and make sure the team is on track, risks are elevated and decisions are made proactively
  • Work with our Directors of Engineering and Product to coordinate the technical development effort, track/drive the project, and manage the operational implementation process. 
  • Anticipate bottlenecks, provide escalation management and make tradeoffs; encourage smart risk-taking behavior to maximize business benefit; identify interdependencies between concurrent projects to prevent downstream problems.

What We're Looking For

  • A top performer, having spent 5+ years in project management and/or process improvement projects
  • Experience owning highly impactful projects, spanning multiple functions and involving multiple stakeholders
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills; Ability to customize communications and writing to a variety of audiences with a record of documenting process, policy and best practices
  • A team player who works well with a wide range of colleagues and has experience in change management 
  • A self-starter, OK with ambiguity
  • Nice to have: PMI/ PMP Certification, Scrum Master Certification
  • Comfortable getting into the weeds with data and third-party platforms such as Asana, Slack, Google Drive, Outlook and others.
  • Successful at cross-functional collaboration and working productively with various levels of peers and management as well as outside partners and vendors.

Compensation

  • Cash Compensation Range: $85,000-$130,000* *Note actual salary is based on geographic location, qualifications, and experience.
