  • Engage with customer and Syncron executive sponsors with confidence, discussing customer requests in a balanced way and communicating consistently (in a crisp, on-point and relevant manner), with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with Syncron Customer Success Managers and Product Management team to drive customer satisfaction and value to the next level.
  • Actively supporting the sales organization to pitch implementation proposals to customers and prospects, and preparing and reviewing project scope definitions, effort and budget estimates, and risk assessments – internally and with customers
  • taking over business responsibility for assigned projects
  • Follow a KPI-based project status and health assessment approach to report and govern project health to the customer as well as to Syncron-internal stakeholders.
  • Compose the project team capacity plan and, in alignment with the delivery manager, making sure that the project team is set up for success.
