Role: Senior Project Manager/Producer 

Location: Paris, France (2 days WFH + 3 days on-site)

 

ROLE MISSION

Working in partnership with our client, the Senior Project Manager will coordinate the production of creative work of our in-house agency, working hand in hand with the internal brief owners and creative resources (designers, arts directors, copywriters, photographers, video editors…), under the supervision of the Account Director. 

ABOUT THE TEAM YOU WILL BE JOINING

Reporting to the Account Director.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING IN YOUR ROLE

  • Manage content production projects from beginning to end with clear communication on regular basis on milestones, targets, goals and deadlines.  
  • Be responsible for successful project outcomes.  
  • Estimation of time plans, ensuring required data and assets are in place to deliver to client expectations.
  • Overseeing project budget and communication of cost implications, budget, spend and cost changes. 
  • Review of project resources and providing analysis on project demands. 
  • Continuously assessing working methods and processes with eye for improvement.
  • Ownership of project meetings (kick-off, updates, feedback). 
  • Handling assets delivery to internal clients and acts as client’s point of contact throughout approval process.
  • Responsible for external resources admin (estimates, POs, invoices). 

WHAT SKILLS WILL HELP YOU BE SUCCESSFUL 

  • 6+ years of agency experience in a client facing capacity.  
  • The ability to manage both individual and project workloads and identifying challenges and risks within them, along with the mitigation and solution.  
  • Executional rigour, competent in multitasking and great organisational skills  
  • The ability to combine and translate complex material from different sources and contexts into stories and content that engage and resonate with target audience.  
  • Competent in presenting and communicating ideas to clients. 
  • The ability to clearly articulate your ideas.
  • Experience or interest in the luxury, wine & spirits industries.  
  • Fluent in both French and English.
