You will:

• Highly collaborate on the planning, design, and execution of comprehensive testing strategies for both manual and automated testing, ensuring the delivery of high-quality software.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and business analysts, to understand requirements and provide input on testability.
• Develop and maintain automated test scripts, frameworks, and tools to improve efficiency and test coverage.
• Mentor and guide junior QA team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.
• Identify, document, and track software defects, working closely with development teams to facilitate timely resolution.

You have:

• 6+ years’ experience in software testing, with a focus on both manual and automated testing methodologies.
• Proficiency in test automation tools and frameworks, such as Selenium, JUnit, TestNG, or similar.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle, testing processes, and best practices.
• Experience in creating and executing test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on project requirements.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a meticulous attention to detail.

Nice-to-haves:

• Familiarity with performance testing tools and techniques.
• Experience in API testing and understanding of RESTful API principles.
• Knowledge of continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines.
• Experience with testing mobile applications on various platforms (iOS, Android).
• Certifications in software testing (ISTQB, CSTE, etc.) and active participation in QA communities or forums.
