The Quality Manager / Senior Quality Engineer is responsible for driving Quality and Continuous Improvement across Seeing Machines Berlin.

About the opportunity:

• Representing the company in quality-related engagements with internal and external teams.
• Conducting audits to ensure compliance with standards and regulations.
• Maintaining quality documentation, including processes, procedures, and audit results.
• Providing training and support on quality standards and best practices.
• Managing risks related to product quality and cybersecurity.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet quality goals.
• Supporting project teams with Quality Management Systems (QMS) adoption and improvement.
• Participating in product development and changes to meet customer requirements.
• Attending meetings and providing guidance and instructions.
• Building technical relationships with customers and business partners.

About you:

• Bachelor's degree in software, electronics, or systems engineering, with at least 5 years of relevant industry experience.
• Passion for promoting the adoption of quality processes.
• Experience defining quality assurance processes for the entire product development lifecycle (hardware and software), including innovation, concept, development, maintenance, and monitoring.
• Proven experience leading QA audits for automotive product development teams.
• Skilled in defining and implementing QA competence and training plans.
• Knowledge and experience with ISO 9001, ASPICE, PPAP, ISO/TS16949, and ISO26262.
• Capable of engaging in discussions with Quality and Reliability professionals at Automotive Tier 1's and OEMs.
• Commercial experience in Quality Assurance within regulated industries, such as Automotive or Aviation.
• Product Engineer experience is a plus.
• Strong passion for promoting quality processes across the organization and representing customer perspectives.
• Experienced in conducting internal audits of automotive product development teams.
• Extensive background in Quality Engineering.
