We are looking for a Senior React Native Developer with 3 to 6 years of experience in building and maintaining high-performance mobile applications. The ideal candidate should have deep expertise in React Native, JavaScript/TypeScript, and mobile app architecture. You will be responsible for developing scalable and optimized applications, integrating third-party services, and ensuring seamless performance across both iOS and Android platforms. 

As a key member of our fast-paced startup environment, you will collaborate closely with designers, product managers, and backend engineers to create intuitive and engaging user experiences. You should have a strong understanding of state management, API integrations, performance optimization, and testing. The role also requires a proactive approach to troubleshooting, debugging, and continuously improving the mobile development process.

Key Responsibilities: 

• Develop and maintain React Native applications for iOS and Android. 

• Implement React Navigation for smooth app routing and user experience. 

• Set up and manage Deep Linking/App Links for seamless navigation across apps. 

• Handle the end-to-end deployment process, including publishing apps on the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. 

• Take ownership of features from development to deployment, ensuring high performance and scalability. 

• Participate in cross-functional discussions to align technology with business goals. 

• Work closely with product managers, designers, and backend developers to deliver high-quality experiences. 

• Optimize application performance, responsiveness, and efficiency. 

• Manage state efficiently using Redux or React Context API. 

• Integrate GraphQL, RESTful APIs, Firebase, and third-party libraries. 

• Ensure code quality through code reviews and unit testing. 

• Debug and troubleshoot issues, ensuring stability and security in mobile applications. 

• Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in React Native development. 

Required Skills & Qualifications: 

• 3 to 6 years of hands-on experience with React Native. 

• Strong expertise in modularizing React Native applications for better scalability. 

• Strong expertise in React Navigation (Stack, Tab, Drawer, and Nested Navigation). 

• Experience in Deep Linking/App Links setup for both iOS and Android. 

• Proven experience in publishing apps on both Google Play Store & Apple App Store (including app signing, certificates, provisioning profiles). 

• Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, and mobile UI development. 

• Strong experience in state management using Redux or Context API. 

• Experience in handling large forms, complex input fields, and managing keyboard state effectively. 

• Experience integrating third-party APIs, Firebase, push notifications, and analytics tools. 

• Knowledge of Expo SDK, Expo CLI, EAS (Expo Application Services), and Expo Modules. 

• Familiarity with native development (Swift for iOS, Kotlin/Java for Android) is a plus. 

• Knowledge of performance optimization techniques for React Native apps. 

• Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills. 

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup culture with a proactive and problem-solving mindset. 

• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools like Jira. 

Good to Have: 

• Experience with React Query and offline-first architecture. 

• Knowledge of animations and gestures using Reanimated and Gesture Handler. 

• Hands-on experience with unit testing (Jest) and app security best practices. 

• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and mobile DevOps best practices. 

• Experience with Fastlane for automating app deployment. 

• Familiarity with Microservices architecture and backend integration. 

• Familiarity with server-driven UI and real-time data sync techniques.
