At Deliveroo, our Global Business Recruitment Team spans multiple departments and regions and each of our Business Recruiters is a specialist in their area. Reporting to the Recruitment Lead for our HQ functions, you'll work at the leadership level (VP), within the Finance organisation, leading on proactive and strategic projects. 

About the role

As a Senior Recruiter, you will support the Deliveroo Finance department, as part of the HQ team, based in the London office where we're proud to offer flexible and hybrid working. Leading on Recruitment for Finance, you'll have previous experience sourcing niche talent, managing senior candidates and partners and evaluating technical and behavioural competencies against our Values.

Responsibilities

  • Hiring: Proactively manage the full life-cycle on senior roles taking a strategic and scalable approach to candidate generation that enables the broader team to deliver. Build process for talent assessment for influencing the quality of hires and talent, over the longer term. 
  • Process Improvement: Focus on the longer term (1 year plus), you'll identify opportunities to improve our approach and guide meaningful changes. Using data to influence senior leadership (VP level) will be key.
  • Data Driven: At an org wide level, own monthly and quarterly updates in partnership with the HRD to be shared with the leadership team. Additionally, on the req level,you will present key hiring metrics, pipeline reporting, and market insights.
  • Strategic & Business Partnership: Effective partnering at the leadership level on long-term hiring plans that translate the broader business and People strategy into the Finance recruitment strategy.
  • DE&I: Proactively manage and build hiring solutions for the longer term that can help our wider organisation and leadership team foster a diverse and inclusive team.

Requirements

  • Experience as a Senior Recruiter or Lead Recruiter within Finance or broader HQ departments such as People, Legal and Marketing.
  • Experience with full-cycle recruiting, from sourcing candidates to the interview and hiring process across senior end requisitions.
  • Stakeholder management - experience successfully managing complex departments with a strategic focus. Introducing and increasing adoption of more mature recruitment processes.
  • Confidence using data - experience utilising a variety of tools (i.e. Ashby Analytics & Greenhouse), to highlight trends and influence leadership teams decision-making.
