Chewy is looking for a dynamic Senior Recruiter to join our team in Dallas-Fort Worth. This individual will help us continue building incredible talent for this rapidly growing eCommerce business. If you are a full-cycle recruiter who understands how to source quickly and creatively while always keeping the candidate experience top of mind, you will fit right in with our team. You will have the opportunity to collaborate with engaged business partners to deliver talent insights and support hiring quality candidates for growing teams.

What You'll Do:

  • Develop a pipeline of candidates in niche areas as determined by market needs and business strategies
  • Identify recruiting sources, assess new candidates, and develop leading-edge methods to attract diverse talent
  • Conduct independent sourcing via social recruiting, networking, job postings, cold calls, etc.
  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and identify the right talent, ensuring hiring goals are met
  • Ensure a phenomenal candidate experience
  • Manage a consistent and high-volume flow of qualified candidates through active and passive sourcing methods
  • Participate in Campus Recruiting as needed
  • Conduct candidate reference checks, striving to raise our hiring bar with each new hire
  • Track goals, metrics, and performance of the hiring cycle; regularly communicate status and results
  • Propose and implement ongoing innovations and improvements to the recruitment process
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality at all times
  • Periodically connect with new hires to ensure a great candidate experience translates into referrals
  • Performs other related duties as required and assigned

 

What You'll Need:

  • 3+ years of relevant recruiting experience
  • A successful track record of candidate sourcing
  • Drive and dedication to deliver exceptional results for our candidates and business partners
  • Strong experience with recruiting resources, including social recruiting
  • Expertise in working with an ATS and a savvy with the latest tech and tools
  • Strong project management and agency management skills
  • Outstanding networking, communication, and interpersonal skills with a proven ability to take initiative and build strong, productive relationships
  • Refined time management skills and ability to be agile as the business demands
  • An extremely high sense of urgency and ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
  • The position may require travel
