Senior Reliability Program Manager

As the Senior Reliability Program Manager, you will be responsible for developing, executing and maintaining the Maintenance and Reliability Engineering department’s reliability program to include oversight of the maintenance commissioning processes. This role will require a mix of tactical insight, to understand the current environment, and the strategic vision, to forecast the future needs of the team and build the system to support our growth.

You will…

  • Review our existing preventive maintenance structure and develop improvements in preventive maintenance while also driving a more predictive maintenance culture. 
  • Develop reliability standard work to include data analysis standards, predictive maintenance expectations, preventive maintenance review cycles and corrective action plan execution.
  • Act as the department interface with equipment vendors to develop solutions for issues as they arise and execute tech service bulletins as they are released.
  • Interface with department leadership to anticipate future needs of the reliability program and support our growth.
  • Develop a new site launch and acquisition transition strategy for preventive and predictive maintenance to maximize Day 1 deployment and utilization.
  • Act as the subject matter expert in predictive technologies and reliability data analysis to assist in root cause analysis, change control review, and corrective action plan development and execution.
  • Manage the Maintenance reliability team to include the new equipment assessment team.
  • Be an active partner in developing the maintenance strategy for the organization. 
  • Mentor and train department personnel on reliability standards and expectations and predictive maintenance technologies. 
  • Lead a team of subject matter experts that act as a tactical resource for the Maintenance team.
  • Partner with Engineering to develop and implement modifications of our reliability program to include new technology needs.

You have…

  • 5+ years’ experience with maintenance and reliability in a manufacturing/food and beverage/distribution environment. 
  • Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or an equivalent level of knowledge and understanding of equipment reliability, preventive and predictive maintenance strategies, root cause analysis, and equipment data analysis.
  • Program/Project management experience with a reliability and/or maintenance focus.
  • Knowledgeable in GMP/TPM/LEAN and strong continuous improvement and project/program management skills.
  • Comfortable working in cold environments with some areas of facility at 40F.
  • Excitement for working in a start-up environment with a high level of ambiguity and change.
  • High level of integrity and ethics with excellent follow-through.
  • Ability to travel as needed (~50%).
